Century Wharf Cardiff - Arrival Information

Day of arrival and check-in

Please note that our apartments do not have a dedicated reception area. It is therefore very important that you specify an arrival time and provide a mobile contact number where possible prior to the day of arrival. If we do not have an arrival time you may experience a delay in being met by one of our team.

Please note that we require the names of all individuals that will be staying in the apartment. In addition we also require your estimated time of arrival and for international travelers your flight number. If you have not yet provided this information please email reservations@aspaceinthecity.co.uk. Please note, in all cases you MUST phone our Guest Services team on +44(0)29 2009 9889 around 20 minutes prior to arrival otherwise there may be a delay in your check in.

Car Parking is available on-site for £7.50 per day (discounted rates for stays of 7 nights or more - please contact us for information). Spaces are limited and spaces must be pre-booked, either call +44(0)29 2009 9889 or email reservations@aspaceinthecity.co.uk for availability and took book this.

  • 2pm to 8pm Monday to Sunday

Out of Hours ArrivaI If you arrive later than our standard check-in times detailed above, you will need to book an out of hours personal check-in. These must be pre booked a minimum of 7 days in advance and a one off booking fee is chargeable for this service.

If on the day of your check-in you suspect you will arrive later than the time you have already indicated please call the Century Wharf Guest Services co-ordinator on 07791 251 104.


Due to the increased level of fraudulent transactions within our industry, you will be required to provide the credit or debit card used for payment along with photographic ID on arrival. If you have booked the accommodation but are not personally arriving and wish for a third party to check in on your behalf we will need their full name and they will need to arrive with photographic ID and a payment card which we reserve the right to pre-authorise £200 against.
