Furnished to a very high standard, these apartments provide shoreline and water views from both the living area, and the bedrooms. Mermaid Quay is just a five minute stroll away, where the Waterbus will chug you along to Cardiff centre, Penarth, or (for the landlubbers amongst us) provide you with a grandstand view of the boat traffic working its way through the Bay Barrage Locks. 

Parking is provided for one car per apartment in this luxury development, which is accessed throughout by coded fob.

Background to Ocean Reach

Ocean Reach is located just a hundred yards from the Bay Wetlands Reserve, where waterfowl of every kind may be seen (and fed!).  Situated on a short peninsula of land in the centre of the Bay's northern shore, this development overlooks the historic 1885 Bailey's Dry Docks construction, now used as a berth for small craft of every sort.  The family-friendly Techniquest hands-on science exhibition occupies the original ship repair workshops for the Dry Docks, and is no more than a stone's throw away.
