Background to Prospect Place
Built within the last five years, all Prospect Place apartments are modern in design and have lift access to all floors. Secure surface parking for one car is included with all apartments in this gated development.
Internally, the apartments are electrically heated and typically provide between 2 and 4 times the space of a comparable hotel room. The separate bedrooms in all but the studio apartments allow greater flexibility for those who wish to rest, while others continue their day.
Silver Award
These apartments offer all that you'll find in a Bronze Award apartment, with the addition of more luxurious furnishings and facilities. Apartments larger than a one-bed, will usually have two bathrooms with one being en-suite with a separate guest bathroom. The vast majority of our guests consider Silver Award more than sufficient for their needs.
