We provide outstanding accommodation with a superior service so should something not be up to our usual standards we ask that this is reported to our dedicated Guest Services department immediately. From there, we agree a time frame with you suitable to rectify the problem. Should we be unable to rectify the reported problem this aspect of the stay will not be charged.
