The Brewery Quarter

Beer was brewed on this site from 1713 (taking advantage of the natural well) right up until 1999. Generations of Master Brewers and their staff have worked on this site dedicated to producing the finest ales to refresh the people of both Cardiff and South Wales.

The 85,000 sq ft Old Brewery Quarter is a mixed development of 55,000 sq ft of leisure space around an open-air piazza in the heart of Cardiff’s growing city centre together with 42 loft style apartments and penthouses.

It has already attracted a range of bar and restaurant operators including Hard Rock Café, Nandos, Thai Edge, La Tasca, and the S.A. Brains flagship venue The Yard Bar and Kitchen.
