What will I need to pack?

Our apartments have everything you need to ensure you can travel light!.  We provide bed linen and towels, toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen.  Our apartments also have an iron and board, hair dryer and all the amenities you would find at home.

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Although we know that many pets are extremely well behaved we regret that we are unable to accept pets in any of the properties we manage with the exception of assistance dogs.

Are you able to accommodate more people in an apartment?

In certain apartments we are able to provide additional occupancy for an extra charge.  We can supply a fold out bed.

Some of our apartments have the ability to offer a twin bed set-up in one or all bedrooms.

Please do let us know in advance so that we can ensure the right apartment has been allocated.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

If in the unfortunate event you need to cancel your booking please notify ourselves as soon as possible. Cancellations are refunded as follows, less than 7 days notice, no refund. Between 7-14 days notice, 50% refund less a £45 admin fee. More than 14 days notice, full refund less a £45 admin fee. Please note we can only refund onto the credit/debit card used in the original transaction.

Do you provide any facilities for young families?

We do have travel cots with bedding and high chairs available upon request.  Please do let us know if there is anything else we can do to enhance your stay.

Where should I park?

Some of our developments have allocated parking which can be requested and additional charges may apply in some locations.  In those developments without parking, we would be more than happy to recommend parking locations and discounted rates where available.

How do I check-in?

We provide a personalised check-in service to all of our apartments.  We do ask for you to contact us prior to the day of arrival with your ETA to ensure a team member is available to avoid any disappointment.  A member of the team will meet you at the entrance of your apartment.

Should you wish to arrive outside of our normal check-in hours then we will arrange an out of hours check-in for you upon your request.  Information will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Am I able to check-in earlier or check-out later?

Please get in touch with us prior to the day of your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Please note there may be an additional charge for this service.

What time is check-in ?

Check-in is available from 14:00 until 19:00 in any of our apartments

What time is checkout?

Check-out from all of our apartments is at 11am

Do you offer any additional packages?

We pride ourselves on a ‘can do’ attitude here at A Space in the City in order to ensure we maintain and exceed the level of service our guests expect.

Do you accept hen, stag or similar parties?

Unfortunately we do not accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties.  Any large group bookings that we do take are subject to a £250 deposit per apartment.
